Ken Inadomi joined NYPACE as Executive Director in 2017, bringing a unique combination of entrepreneurship, social impact, and volunteer engagement to this leadership role. Since 1992 he has been the majority owner of CIS (Consolidated Information Services, Inc.), a startup that he grew into one of the largest independent credit reporting agencies in the US.
From 2008-2015 he served as Executive Director of the New York Mortgage Coalition, a nonprofit housing collaborative that engages banks to provide affordable loans to low and moderate income homebuyers in the greater New York region, generating over $100M annually in affordable mortgages.
Mr. Inadomi is also the founding chair of the Yale Alumni Nonprofit Alliance, the alumni-led nonprofit that unifies and leverages Yale's social impact community for the greater common good. He received his BA from Yale, MBA from Stanford, and an executive degree in Nonprofit Leadership from the Harvard Kennedy School.
Stephanie Bombaci joined NYPACE in 2012 as the Executive Director, bringing in several years of nonprofit, program and volunteer management experience. In 2017, Stephanie needed to move to a part time position and became NYPACE's Program Director, focused on scaling the program to support more small business entrepreneurs in under-resourced NYC communities. Prior to NYPACE, Stephanie worked for Big Brothers Big Sisters, a premiere donor and volunteer-supported youth mentoring organization, where she served as a Performance Management Analyst and Mentor Manager. Stephanie hold a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Montclair State University.
