NYPACE Junior Board



Alex Diamond

Alex joined NYPACE in 2018 as a volunteer advisor and currently sits on the Junior Board, primarily tasked with initiatives to improve the NYPACE program model and serves as an advisor for the JP Morgan Chase pilot program. Alex is a Senior Associate at EY-Parthenon where he conducts M&A and growth strategy engagements for private equity and corporate clients primarily in technology, healthcare, and education. Alex received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University.


Ikram Hoque

Ikram joined NYPACE in 2017 as a project advisor and the Junior Board in 2018. Ikram is an Associate at Warburg Pincus and covers the Healthcare and Consumer industries. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Ikram worked at J.P. Morgan in investment banking covering banks across North America. Ikram received a B.S. summa cum laude in Management with a Concentration in Financial Engineering from the Binghamton University School of Management.


Ben Kennet

Ben is currently a consulting Fellow at Vera Solutions, a social enterprise & technology consulting company dedicated to amplifying the impact of the social sector through technology. His clients currently include global & regional foundations, nonprofits and philanthropic networks. Prior to his current role, he was a consultant at EY where he advised in the areas of privacy, strategy and security, primarily across the pharmaceutical and financial services industries. Ben graduated from Cornell University in 2016 with a degree in information science and a minor in computer science. Ben is fluent in Hebrew and Spanish and enjoys traveling, languages and latin dancing in his spare time.

Arnav Mody

Arnav is a Consultant at Deloitte, joining the professional world after studying Economics and International Relations at New York University. He currently focuses on strategy consulting for global retail and consumer products clients. Outside of work, Arnav is an enthusiastic scuba diver and an avid tennis fan.


Rena Ogura

Rena brings excitement and enthusiasm to the NYPACE junior board because she has always been passionate about skills-based volunteering and pro-bono consulting, both of which she believes are powerful platforms to realize tangible and sustainable value to organizations. Some of her experiences in this space include leading a pro-bono consulting organization of 30+ undergraduate students, developing a growth strategy for an animal sanctuary in Bolivia, and driving communication and corporate partnership strategies during times of natural disasters for a nonprofit that connects teachers in high-need communities with donors.

Rena is currently a Strategy & Analytics consultant at Deloitte Consulting with a primary focus on supply chain and customer service strategy work within the consumer products space.  Rena is from Tokyo, Japan, and holds a BA in Economics from Cornell University.
