Dan Zamlong - Board Chairman

Dan joined NYPACE as an advisor in 2003, shortly after the organization was founded.  He has helped develop many aspects of the organization and is currently Chairman of the board.  Dan is a Managing Director at Warburg Pincus in New York where he helps lead the firm’s investments in the industrials sector.  Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Zamlong was with the mergers and acquisitions group at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and the technology mergers and acquisitions group at Credit Suisse. In addition to his Chairman post at NYPACE, he is a director of Consolidated Precision Products, Duravant, Extant Components Group, Wencor Group and the New York Private Equity Network. Mr. Zamlong received a B.S. degree in economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.


Aaron Feinberg

Aaron joined NYPACE in 2011 as a project advisor and currently leads NYPACE’s Advisor Committee, which is tasked with advisor recruitment and engagement. Aaron is a Vice President at Parthenon-EY, where he leads strategy and M&A engagements for private equity and healthcare clients. Aaron is also a leader at UJA-Federation of New York, where he chairs the Leadership Labs program for Emerging Leaders & Philanthropists and serves on the Young Wall Street Executive Committee. Aaron received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.


Adam Goodman

Adam was elected to the board of directors during 2010 after serving as a project advisor. Adam is a Managing Director with Intermediate Capital Group, where he focuses on private credit. Adam received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Wake Forest University.


Jonathan Ketzner

Jonathan joined NYPACE in 2008 as a project advisor and was elected to the operating team in 2009 to help lead the advisor recruiting program. Jonathan is head of the Marketing Committee. Jonathan works as an investment banker for Janney Montgomery Scott in Philadelphia. He previously worked in Corporate Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions at Citigroup. Jonathan received a Masters of Arts in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies.


Russell Leaf

Russell’s involvement with NYPACE started in 2012. Russell is a member of the Fundraising Committee. Russell is a partner at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, an international law firm, where he focuses on private equity and mergers and acquisitions.  Russell received a Bachelor of Science degree in political science from University of Maryland at College Park and his JD from St. John’s University School of Law.


Philippe Leroy

Philippe's involvement with NYPACE dates back to 2010 when he participated to an advisory project in the decorative space. Philippe joined the board of NYPACE in 2012 and serves a the organization's Treasurer. Philippe is a partner at EY where he focuses on transactions for corporate and private equity clients. Prior to joining EY, Philippe worked for Andersen in the US and France and performed financial audits of consumer and industrial product multinationals. Philippe received a Master in Economics and Finance from the University Paris Dauphine and is a CPA in New York and California.


Keith Motelson

Keith joined the NYPACE board in 2008 and has been deeply involved with entrepreneur recruitment, project management and strategic growth initiatives. Keith works full time at Monomoy Capital Partners, an investment firm. Prior to joining Monomoy, Keith worked at DW Partners, Warburg Pincus and JPMorgan. Keith received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University, where he was a Philip Merrill Presidential Scholar, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.


Annette Rodriguez

Annette joined NYPACE in 2009 as a project advisor and currently leads the Program Committee. Annette works as a Partner at Navab Capital Partners. Prior to joining Navab Capital Partners, Annette worked at Warburg Pincus as a Managing Director and at JPMorgan Partners (nka CCMP Capital), the private equity arm of J.P. Morgan, as a Generalist. Annette received a B.S. magna cum laude in economics with concentrations in finance and accounting from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. with distinction from Harvard Business School.


Lev Slootsky

Lev became involved with NYPACE in 2009 as an advisor on a project in the parent training industry. He joined the Board of Directors in 2011. He serves on the Boards of Directors of several portfolio companies and non-profit organizations. Lev earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he was a George E. Doty Fellow. He holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering degrees from Cornell University where he was a Philip Merrill Presidential Scholar.



Udai Tambar

As Northwell Health’s assistant vice president of community health and education, Udai Tambar is part of a team that focuses on improving patient and community health outcomes by addressing social determinants of health.

His prior roles in public service include chief of staff to the NYC deputy mayor for health and human services who had oversight of nine city agencies with a combined budget of more than $20 billion; executive director of South Asian Youth Action (SAYA!), a youth development community based organization dedicated to helping low income South Asian youth in NYC; and manager of policy and operations at the 9/11 United Service Group.

He holds a BA magna cum laude in Asian Studies and Chemistry from Cornell University and an MPA from Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs..


Kevin Walters

Kevin Walters earned his MBA in finance at the University of Chicago. He worked for Deloitte and Citigroup as an auditor and financial controller, respectively during the 80’s. He is an adjunct professor teaching accounting, economic development, finance and budgeting, and financial management for nonprofits, health & hospitals and government for thirteen years at Baruch College, City of New York and Robert J. Milano Graduate School, New School University; and, has taught the past five years at Metropolitan College of New York and Monroe College.

After working in corporate America for a short period, Kevin sharply turned his interests toward helping students develop their critical thinking abilities and started a consulting practice as an outsourced chief financial officer. Kevin also serves as a business coach to Nonprofit organizations.
